*Each paper should have no less than4 pages normally, including all figures, tables, and references.
Submitted abstracts must clearly state the Objective of the work, the Results and accomplishments and their significance,the Advancement over previous work and preferred Mode of presentation (Oral or Poster)
Demonstration submissions must:Provide the motivation behind the demonstrated concept(s); Describe the system and the technology; Explain what features and scenarios will be demonstrated, and State the novelty and significance of the contribution.Optionally, authors may submit a short video illustrating the demonstration scenario along with the paper submission.
All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by at least three experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference. Please only submit original material where copyright of all parts is owned by the authors declared and which is not currently under review elsewhere.
The review output will be one of the following decisions:
1. Accept; 2. Accept with minor changes; 3. Weak accept with major changes; 4. Reject
